Are taxes/VAT and tips included in the price?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of Tax/VAT. Our policy requires payment upfront. Additionally, we offer a service guarantee: within the first 10 minutes of any treatment, you can receive a full refund. Afterward, treatments are non-refundable. While not mandatory, gratuities for our staff’s exceptional service are appreciated. You may give tips directly to your therapist or leave them at the front desk.
